Shipping Policy

All orders are custom-made according to customer specifications. Production typically begins within 15-25 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery is available to countries/regions we ship to. Shipping methods depend on order quantity, destination, and product size/weight.

Shipping fees are calculated per order based on weight, size, and destination, and will be displayed at checkout.

LG Printing is responsible for assisting with lost or damaged shipments during transportation. Please contact us immediately if any issue occurs.

  • All payment information is transmitted securely to protect your privacy and funds.
  • Orders are confirmed via email after successful payment, including production status and shipping information.


Returns & Exchanges Policy


General Rule

All products are custom-made to customer specifications. Once production begins, items cannot be returned or exchanged for personal reasons.

Exceptions

  • Products with manufacturing defects or printing errors
  • Wrong or missing items sent by LG Printing


Return Process for Exceptions

  1. Contact customer service at info@lg-printing.com or +86-18820014180 with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product.
  2. Upon confirmation, return the item to:

  3. Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping.


Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to product defects or shipping errors, LG Printing will cover return shipping costs.
  • For returns outside these exceptions, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.


Refunds

After the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days via the original payment method.

Any payment processing fees are subject to the policies of the payment provider.
